Interfacing with customers has always been one of my favorite skills, whether in person doing the work or when calling/emailing. I learned at an early age that I wanted to be the one to help others and feel like the person you called on to get things done. This has directed my career path to service technician and now to service manager.I recently moved to Florida and love the southern hospitality (in most areas :) ) Beyond the people and the heat, it seems there is so much more to do. Maybe all the sunshine is drowning the winter blues out of me. As a tech nerd, I also enjoy everything excel, programming and underwater photography. Maybe I will learn to scuba and get some awesome pics!My newest challenge is helping to build a customer base and making sure to always consider the VOC (voice of the customer). I know I can succeed as I have a relentless desire to succeed.
