As Account Manager of Service Delivery (SD), direct and guide a team of Senior Project Managers in maximizing the organization's growth while leading, managing and sustaining all company operations. Report to the VP of SD and Managing Partners of Evoke on performance against established plans and metrics, and present regular reports or issues requiring decisions. Provide oversight, direction, and management support on all contracts executed by Evoke, to include multi-billion and multi-million dollar Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), both as a prime contractor and subcontractor. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, program leads, partner companies, and subcontractors. Formulate policies, processes, plans, and internal programs that facilitate optimization of work flow and improve efficiencies within corporate operations. Review and approve plans for: budget spending; labor, program, and customer service efficiencies; areas for information technology enhancements; and internal operations. Collaborate with all areas of the company and segments of management to establish and execute responsibilities and deliverables. Previously supported the implementation of an Enterprise PMO for an Agency's Office of the CIO. Also lead a CPIC process implementation effort for an Agency's OCIO. Responsibilities included updating the Exhibit 300 for annual submission, conducting earned value analysis and reporting, development of project plans and high-level spending plans, and providing justification for the agency's IT activity resource proposals and life-cycle funding requirements.

As Manager within the Enterprise Business Management Solutions group, provide subject matter expertise on CPIC, IT Portfolio Management, and Exhibit 300 documentation for federal agencies. Responsible for development, improvement and submission of Exhibit 300s and supporting documentation (to include Acquisition Plans, Performance Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Alternative Analyses) for various IT Investments. Efforts involve continuous interfacing with Government Executives, senior management, and Information Technology (IT) specialists to ensure documents comply with OMB requirements, align with agency strategic plans, provide proper justification, map to the enterprise architecture, identify and mitigate risks, and establish measurable and appropriate performance metrics. Additional duties include monthly reporting of earned value data and project status.

As Senior Consulting Manager and site operations manager, headed a team of six to 12 staff responsible for enhancing organizational project management maturity for Information Technology (IT) Offices within various federal agencies. Interfaced on a daily basis with Government Executives and Senior Managers in efforts to implement more standardized and repeatable project management practices through continuous improvement of IT Portfolio Management processes, policies, and procedures. Provided management oversight for implementation of a comprehensive CPIC process, to include the Select, Control and Evaluate phases, for IT budgets that range from multi-million to multi-billion dollars. Created / defined criteria for IT portfolio selection process and conducted continuous reviews of, provided updates to, and developed recommendations and guidance for all Exhibit 300 documentation to assist in better justifying and securing funding for IT initiatives.

As Project Manager, performed global market research and statistical analysis in a consulting role for worldwide clientele in the automotive, IT, and telecommunications industries. Managed and coordinated the entire life-cycle of several customer satisfaction, quality, and loyalty research projects throughout Latin America. Trained foreign subcontractors on how to administer proper field surveys and collect data. Provided value-added and actionable qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting; proposal writing; project budgeting; logistics planning and management; methodological design; sampling and data collection; and preparing time-sensitive deliverables.
