Duties * Review MPS plan for Feasibility & Practically* Request updates to master data as needed to improve plan accuracy.* Confirm capacity & capabilities of forecast with CMO.* Send updated forecast to CMO within the first week of each month.* Ensure all PO’s/WO’s are created in Oracle EBS.* Ensure PO/WO volume matches requested MPS volume timing & utilise correct ICN in Rapid response.* Ensure all PO’s/WO’s are sent to the CMO and accepted by the CMO within the agreed time.* Weekly/Monthly meeting with the CMO to confirm execution of plan.* Prepare & maintain required ERP system document such as PO’s/MTR’s.* Initiate & Co-ordinate shipment between facilities.* Reconcile Gilead book inventory with CMO on hand & investigate/explain inventory differences. Make reconciling entries & work with both internal & external auditors to support SOX requirements.* Develop/maintain & communicate metrics to monitor & improve performance.* Working on non-routine problems where analysis of data is used to drive improvements.* Develop methods, techniques and data evaluations to drive results.* Review data records & transactions in OBIEE to identify potential opportunities for automated reports to use as business Drivers.* Compile and analyses inventory levels to reduce inventory holdings.* Work with IT to maximize the potential of OBIEE/Spotfire/Demantra & SFDC as key business tools to drive process improvements across the plant.
