AML Remediation Project:- Carrying out due diligence on the clients customers which included using complicated regulatory websites, complex client systems, interpreting legal documents from varied jurisdictions, in order to obtain the necessary information and detail.- Reaching out to the bank's clients when necessary and building trust with them in order to receive the information we required in order to screen the bank's clients with the utmost attention and with a risk averse attitude. - Utilising and sharing my knowledge with my team and client in order to achieve project targets quicker and at the same time, digesting knowledge from my colleagues so that as a team we are as efficient and productive as possible whilst keeping our work at the highest standard.Redress & Remediation Project:- Assisting the bank's customers over the phone by providing guidance on the redress for their investments and any concerns they had, no matter how difficult or complex.- Having attention to detail when writing letters to the customers by cross checking investment calculations, ID/Address of the customer, protecting sensitive data depending on the nature of the letter etc.Compliance & AML Project:- Dealing sensitively with our Major Investment Bank's clients, in order to ensure compliance with the Regulator but also maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with Investors at the same time.- Sharing my expert knowledge of UK & Irish Regulatory requirements with my team in order to build on productivity and accuracy within the project.- Addressing complex cases or circumstances with a proactive attitude and ensuring a cautious approach in order to ensure the work I do is compliant.
