Am talented and very enthusiastic in the field of mathematics (pure math & statistics) and business.My role as an educator is to impart learners positively and assist them acquire the 21st century skills that will enable them to critically find solutions in challenges. My role also is to harness individual unique talents of my learners through a journey of self discovery.My respect for cultural diversity and acceptance of emerging paradigm shift in education has enabled me to utilize the opportunity to teach diverse groups of individuals. I achieve this through differentiated instruction, co- teaching and having learner centered approach to learning.I have advanced and exceptional communication, planning, organization, socialization and problem-solving skills that have empowered me to efficiently teach Mathematics and leadership role of IGCSE coordinator. I implement my social skills and empathy to manage learner manners and utilize feedback from students to generate persuasive lesson plans that take in to account the strengths and areas of challenges of individual learners. I have demonstrated my capability in upholding a well-mannered and inspired learning environment where learners take a central role in creation of knowledge.
