Training Officer
Current Conducting research among parents and guardians on the EIDU program's effectiveness. Training County ECD Officers and teachers in the delivery of C.B.C using Tayari methodology for pre-primary and EIDU learning App. Visiting schools daily to provide ongoing mentorship, training and performance feedback to County ECD Officers and teachers. Carrying out learning support for pre-primary education officers and teachers independently and responsibly which includes the use of digital interventions. Maximizing the value of the EIDU app for each learner in the assigned cohort of schools and supporting County ECD Officers and teachers in using the EIDU platforms. Carrying out assessments using paper and ICT devices. Contributing to the digital learning platform development and materials by providing regular feedback. Using provided data, including own classroom observations to identify and support underperforming schools through the County ECD Officers. Assist in organizing and conducting community sessions and teacher training.
