My key customers were Ford, McLaren, JLR and Aston Martin. • Projects completed included: - I planned, developed and maintained a system for emissions using Excel VBA/MS SQL server, reporting in Tableau- Built concern Management tools for Ford and Tata using Excel VBA with Mainframe interface, web app interface, smart process functionalities, APIs and REST- Built SAP migration tools, data gathering, cleansing and manipulation- Robotic arm measurement tool and updating of existing tools for McLaren in Excel and MS SQL Server• On a project-by-project basis my roles varied; from Project Management, Product Owner, Requirements Gathering, Scrum Master through to data migration, reports and dashboard creation and testing • Project Recovery: short term issue resolution and long-term fixes• Process improvement (as is/ to be mapping)• Joining as a sole member of the Special Projects Team, as the team grew as did my role. • Creation and implementation of the SLA agreed between Renault and CSC (about a 100 with monthly measures for 4 distinct business entities) and the associated reporting. Wide variety of data mining and statistical modelling techniques. Created and administered the main reporting using Excel. Administered other web based reporting tools. • Developed and upgraded an Excel-VBA tool for measuring the Incident Management related SLA. When Renault changed their Incident management software, created queries in Business Objects and adapted the Excel tools.• Participated in the negotiations with the client to finalize the SLA definitions and measurements.• Monitored regularly during the month the SLA and KPI performances, and if need be, took the proper action with the SDM and the technical teams, in order to get the measures back to a proper level.• Data analysis for short/medium/long term quality improvement.• Participated in many quality projects at European level, aimed at sharing best practice and simplifying the SLA measurements.• In charge of verifying that our practices and measures were ITIL and COBIT compliant.• Created a variety of tools (Excel-VBA) to help other projects, such as capacity management.

I was conscripted in the French Army and joined the 1st Paratroop regiment.After the initial 2 months training, I volunteered to be deployed to Bosnia as part of the NATO Stabilization forces.I was in charge of the fuel supply for my detachment (about a 100 troops, 25 vehicles and power generators).
