• Creation and implementation of the SLA agreed between Renault and CSC (about a 100 with monthly measures for 4 distinct business entities) and the associated reporting. Wide variety of data mining and statistical.
• Developed and upgraded an Excel-VBA tool for measuring the Incident Management related SLA. When Renault changed their Incident management software, created queries in Business Objects and adapted the Excel tools.
