With a proven track record of leadership and expertise in reliability and maintenance, I currently serve as the head of the Entire Reliability and Maintenance team at Amazon Sub Same Day. Leading a dynamic team of over 600 technicians, alongside onsite and regional managers, I am responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our facilities. As we scale, my focus is on nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence to support our team's growth to over 800 techs by EOY.Key Responsibilities: Oversee a robust team of 600+ technicians, onsite managers, and regional managers, with plans to expand to over 800 techs by the end of the year. Manage a significant budget of $105 million for headcount and $70 million for PRM, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency. Successfully reduced budget expenditure by approximately 9% in 2023, demonstrating a strategic approach to financial management. Ensure the reliability and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), conveyance systems, Amazon Robotics, automated sortation equipment, and refrigeration systems. Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety, achieving and upholding high safety standards across all operations. These business units make up over 120 sites and growing over 100% in 2021. My team focuses on reliability and maintenance activities for all sites in our portfolio. We currently drive over 99% uptime with push for improvement.

Covering buildings on the AMZL side of the business for the Southeast US. This included 26 sites from TX to FL, ensuring that each site is maintained properly and downtime is decreased.

Fort Worth, Texas

Currently manage the maintenance teams at one of the largest producing fulfillment centers for Amazon.com. Working to reduce downtime by increasing the predictive work done on over 23 miles of conveyance, sorters, and robotics.

Windsor, Ct

I manage a newly implemented group of third party Technicians into brand new start ups in CT and NJ. I manage and train two levels of Managers within these groups and have them successfully manage and maintain a group of Technicians in these robotic and MHE fulfillment centers.

Worked hand in hand with Amazon Operations team to keep a 1.2 million sq. ft. building running efficiently. I managed a group of Professional Technicians to maintain the 10 miles worth of conveyance and successfully managed to have zero Operations downtime during peak 2 years in a row. Was able to implement cost saving lighting in the building that will decrease Technician repair labor by 94%.
