Liaise with ~17 EMI labels and 40+ Distributed music labels regarding product development and production timelines for New Release and back catalog releases. Work with marketing and label product development to define product promotions. Manage relationships with over 120 digital partners, as well as global relationship manager for key global business partners such as iTunes, YouTube, and Amazon. Designed and implemented robust systems and processes required to support the digital fulfillment of EMI's digital products globally, while ensuring it meets the unique business requirements of the North and Latin American regions. Responsible for contributing to EMI’s business development and new partner execution, development and distribution of reporting, and driving continuous improvement of the business model. Integrate across then entire EMI Organization; EMI’s North and Latin Labels, Legal & Business Affairs, Sales, Marketing and Regional Management.

Also responsible for the analysis, re-engineering, change management and implementation of back-office services for the Shared Services department of the North America region. Contracted and managed with Vendors for such commodities as Purchasing Cards, Hotels, Rental Cars, Limo Services, Office Suppliers, Training Services, Stationary, and Print resulting in reduction in Indirect Costs

Supervision of product implementation and customer pilots including creation of project plans, coordination of staff activities, and communications with the client. Creation, implementation, and supervision of internal process within the organization for efficient gathering of sales information, competitive analysis, and best practice documentation that may be utilized by the clientele

Project Manager of several major business priorities including a major initiative to reengineer a company-wide purchasing and accounts payable initiative, reengineering the "National Accounts" group to be a proactive partner within the fountain sales business, and leading in-depth analysis to create a shared service solution for Pepsi-Cola, Tropicana, and Frito-Lay.
