Responsible for interpretation and implementation of all Trust policies and procedures relating to overseas visitors, ensuring strict adherence to the latest government and Department of Health legislation, guidelines and regulations in order to make decisions as to whether patients are exempt or liable for charges.This includes identification, assessment and interviewing patients to determine eligibility for NHS treatment including obtaining proof if exempt. This involves providing and receiving sensitive and contentions information.Acting as a point of contact for any queries from staff, patients, and relatives. I also liaise with external organisations such as Department of Health, Home Office and Other NHS/Government bodies as required. I maintain strict confidentiality at all times in accordance with the Trust's Code of Practice

Responsible for front of house duties such as meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, ensuring an excellent customer service experience. I was also tasked with building a good rapport with all guests by checking in and checking them out of the hotel, resolve any complaints regarding their stay and ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.I also undertook general office duties including correspondence email, filing and switchboard, administer all routes of reservation to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately. I'm responsible for liaising with internal departments such as maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen, concierge and external companies to provide the needs of guests.

Managing the bar section, ensuring to deliver a positive guest experience and complete satisfaction. This includes driving sales and profitability of the bar and monitor product inventory to ensure 100% availability. I support managers by taking a leadership role to allocate tasks and duties to colleagues. This includes administrative duties such as writing post-event reports, requisition of stocks, accurate stock keeping and booking agency staff. I also supervise training of new colleagues and agency staff on customer service, Bulgari operational processes and policies.
