Patrick OMSc NursingBSc (Hons) in Health Service Management I have over 16 years' experience working within the Health and Social Care sector. My Health and Social care career journey stared when I worked as a Health care assistant in a 90 bedded residential home for elderly people with various diagnosis , thereafter, I actively progressed by working in various positions such as Senior Health care assistant, Team Leader, project manager and Service Manager for different companies. I have also worked with various client groups such as children and young peoples youth with diverse social, physical, emotional and mental needs. I joined the public sector and worked for the NHS Psychiatric department providing care and recovery for individuals with mental health illnesses. I am now a qualified and register Mental health nurse. I am a committed and hard working individual ready to blend and work as part of any team as well as understanding initiatives. I am compassionate about duties and my excellent communication skills enables effective liaison between me and other professionals I am reliable and trustworthy and able to follow instructions so as to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
