I provide short term staffing solutions as a Case Manager and/or CM Director. I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Florida, and California. In this position I have assisted hospitals with Interim CM Director needs, conducting IDT meetings, policy and procedure review/revision/creation, Denial and Appeal Management, and CM staffing needs.

I am currently the Manager of Care Management at St Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, I oversee the Care Management, Social Service, Precertification, and Clinical Documentation Management departments.

I worked as the "Bed Coordinator" for Patient Placement. In this role I was responsible for improving patient flow throughout the patient's stay and expediting the discharge process. Additionally, I functioned as a Nursing Supervisor in the Patient Placement office.

I was the Case Management Department Float at a Level I Trauma center. I was responsible for UM and CM duties in all areas of the hospital including, TICU, NICU, CT-surg, Med-Surg, Neuro, Pediatrics, and Neonatal units.
