Originally from White Plains, NY, I began my professional life working in Theater and Production in New York City. After living in NYC for ten years I relocated to Maine to work for LLBean where I remained for nine years. After the last five years with Eastern Mountain Sports, almost ten with LLBean, and drawing from my dynamic carreer in NYC, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to develop high impact, targeted brand statements, manage complex cross-functional design and construction projects, and negotiate the best terms achievable for delivery conditions and scope of work when leasing commercial properties. Additionally, I am a highly engaged people manager, experienced in directing the facilities and maintenance divisions of a dynamic retailer and understand how the different departments of a Retail Home Office overlap and interact to bring the best experience possible to their customers.From site selection to transation, I am versed in all the language required to make a retailer successful.
