Patrick O'Hare is a Chair of Drug Use and Addiction at Liverpool John Moores University. He possess expertise in policy, research, program evaluation, qualitative research, public health and 45 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Pat O'Hare has, via HIT training, convened, organised a large number of training sessions and conferences involving leading thinkers, academics, researchers and activists from across the world in a wide range of professional events around the area of drug use (including alcohol), always to a high standard, on schedule and including the latest thinking and research findings in the field.
