I have over 20 years of experience working in the food industry, mainly pizzerias. In these years, I've gained experience and knowledge of operating small and larger volume units, and more recently, opening new restaurants. Biggest strength is social media marketing and grassroots marketing. Currently working to enhance social media marketing at store levels to increase traffic, enhance promotions, and develop stronger customer relations. I have become heavily involved with working with non-profit groups, providing an avenue to generate revenue for special causes that are similar to the restaurants. Recently, I helped raise monies for non-profit organizations and area schools in Southwest Montana. Using the our "schools night out" program and our newly "community nights out" program, we have been able to reach out to over 20 schools and organizations. We have raised monies for these programs so that they can purchase tools needed to enhance the lives of those within their organization. Currently, I have open my own MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub in beautiful Idaho Falls, ID. The first eight weeks have been truly a blessing, and boy have I learned so much. We are finally getting our feet out of the water, and running towards providing that unique Montana dining experience. This fall, I plan to roll out school nights out and community night out in the Idaho Falls market. It truly is more than just great pizza and I cannot wait to give Idaho Falls a taste of what we can do outside our four walls!
