Live Training Observation Group specializing evaluation of focused strategy to obtain enhanced live training with US Forces at home and in Multinational Exercises. Our mission is to give Officers and NCO's the ability to improve their Soldiers training for effectiveness, immersion and realism. Make the stress in training prepare them for the shock of combat. Improving reaction and recognition through cognitive performance.

Providing solutions to training issues for the Army in the areas of Human Performance, Cognitive Performance and Resilience. Projects to improve the Gaming -Virtual and Live Training environments for the future of our Army. Project Lead or the Multinational Live Training Interoperability Study(MLTIS) for PM LTS at PEO STRI focused on Army and Army National Guard Force on Force training in EUCOM. Advised the PEO on uses for training devices for the War Fighter and ways to improve their uses and or devices. In the pursuit of this mission developed a Study on how to improve training to build resilience and stress tolerance training. This Study is now in its second year it was ranked #1 in 2012and 2013 by the Army Study Board for importance and funding.

Competent leader, trainer, mentor for work force, senior executives and advisor to the CEO. Skilled in staff management to ensure the CEO's vision is met and the work force is trained and cared for physically and mentally. Has worked from Regimental level with a work force of 4300 in combat theater of operatons, Division level with a work force of 10,000 in combat theater of operations, to a Army level Headquarters with 85,000 strong work force in European Theater supporting combat operations. Served as a Senior Trainer for ACOTA missons in 2005-2006Served as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the CEO of the Army's production center for all live training devices ,virtual simulators and games for training. PEO has a workforce of 800 Department of the Army Civilians and 500 Contractors. Is called upon by the community of training developers to provide sound feed back on training techniques and functionality of devices or simulators in support of the Army.
