• Support the school leaders in planning and aligning the objectives and work plan to meet the school’s strategic.• Manage the physical and technological infrastructure maintenance and improvement works of school premises, including assisting to forecast the financial needs of the estate management plan.• Manage the logistics support for the major events like PSLE examination and PSLE making.• Supervise the swab test for the staff and helping with the arrangement for the Deep cleaning to disinfect the school premises.• Assist in the school’s budgetary processes financial and procurement operation.

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting master schedule.

• Implement guidelines of project rules and paint specification.• Ensure proper control and utilization of materials in the section.• Ensure quality of the painting works meet requirement.• Review the production work process to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Liaise with other sections, department and owners on projects• Ensure welfare, discipline and safety of the workers.• Plan, deploy and utilize contractor and yard manpower efficiency.• Review project documents issued by contractors relating to painting.• Review and ensure that the Safe Work Procedure (SWP) and Risk Assessment is implemented and followed on the workplace.

• Ensure that all Joinery works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings/layout plans and specifications.• Ensure compliance of all integrity insulation and doors requirements and standards, rule and specifications.• Identify manpower and resources requirements for all architectural works in projects undertaken by the company.• Coordinate with all other discipline sections; departments and client representative to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of all joinery work.• Plan and monitor work activities as per construction schedule.• To ensure the execution of work is done safety and comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM).• Evaluate the performance of the contractor.• Appraise the performance of the subordinates.• Manage manpower resources by planning and task individual supervisor for their respective project.

• Coordinate project activities to ensure successful and timely completion within contractual period.• Direct and supervise supporting staff assigned to the project.• Coordinate with QC and commissioning team for day-to-day problems pertaining to quality and commissioning issues.• Ensure that the commissioning work meets the schedule.• Liaise with subcontractors and client’s representatives on matters relating to project.• Raise technical clarifications with client as and when required and transmitting to relevant departments / person.• Evaluate the performers of the contractors and supervisors.

• Coordinate with engineering department and contractor (accommodation) to get work done in schedule compliant to ABS Classification standard.• Lead the project of Living Quarters (LQ), a self-elevating drilling jacked-up rig with an elevated wrap around (the forward leg) mild steel structure accommodating 4 levels of living and working spaces for one hundred and fifty (150) men.• Good understanding of Accommodation & Outfitting works, Fire Protection, Insulation and Classification requirement compliant to IMO MODU, SOLAS, MARPOL, UK Civil Aviation Authority CAP 437 and ILO Convention 92 & 133 on Crew accommodation• Study drawing and ensure work completed with Quality• Prepare Inspection reports, liaise with QA/QC Dept. and Owner for Inspection.• Prepare Weekly Progress Report & Remedial Action Report. • Prepare Risk Assessment for work activities involve in Hazard. • Conduct internal audits in compliance of ISO 9000.• Prepare all the safe-work procedure for the section.
