- Connecting with nurses around the country that are looking for different and new opportunities- Informing nurses of different assignments that cater to what they are looking for in a travel assignment- Working closely with other recruiters and account managers to make work more efficient and share ideas- Managing the nurses that work with you and are on assignment- Making sure your travelers have what they need and are taken care of during their assignment

- Greeting members with a friendly, positive attitude- Give members a hospitable experience- Engage with members and clients by demonstrating different exercises/movements- Showing members/clients how to use equipment effectively to prevent risk of injury- Introducing new methods of exercise and recovery and adding variety to client’s sessions and programs
