Responsible for stocking in vehicles as they arrive from the Auction. Preparing and moving vehicles around the Inspection Center for distribution to retail. Ensuring each vehicle is inspected for cosmetic standards. Assisting Auto Technicians in conducting a complete multi-point inspection upon arriving inventory to, include fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and proper display of all company and state disclosures. Maintaining a positive relationship with external repair and supply vendors. Performing Inventory Reconciliation on vehicles. Approved photos for each vehicle before submitting a daily account of each vehicle with maintenance or repair work that was completed and ready for transfer. Ensured that the transport company signed for possession of the vehicles before they could leave with the vehicles.

Responsible for Accounting of Property Records for over 140 Accounts, including the management of government credit cards for purchases, ordering office supplies, and managing multiple budgets value over $2 million. Additional responsibilities included maintaining Customer Service while creating, updating, and managing policies for the distribution of military uniforms throughout the entire reserve unit of the USMC (United States Marine Corps). Managing any projects passed down to me from superiors to include:• Self taught with no prior experience or trainer to guide me; creating an SOP (standard operating procedure) manual (step-by-step guide of over 100 slides PowerPoint presentation; informational e-mails, and other military correspondence that were relevant to my position) to make it easier for the next Marine who takes over when I leave.• When a new ordering and tracking website was released, I had to learn how to navigate and operate the new website from both the administrative as well as the user’s perspective.• Organized the transition from one the old website to then new site for all the USMCR (United States Marine Corps Reserve) units.. • Created an on hand inventory of uniform items for local USMCR units by determining exact number of items to purchase. The quantity that was purchased was determined based on the current budget that I monitored with an excel spreadsheet that I designed. • Set up a physical warehouse and maintained the warehouse inventory using a spreadsheet I created in Microsoft Excel.• Tracked, receipted for, and made follow-up inquiries on any deficiencies in the order.• Handled distribution of that inventory to local USMCR personnel by creating an inventory checklist to account for the uniforms as they were distributed.
