The AMCC is responsible for maintaining C2 on all Air Mobility Command (AMC) missions through Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, coordinating mission, maintenance, and passenger/cargo status with local and AMC headquarters agencies. They are also responsible for executing headquarters AMC Operational Reporting on behalf of the 515 Air Mobility Operations Wing (AMOW) Commander. Additional Duties: NCOIC, Command and Control Operations Reports - The Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge (NCOIC) of Reports is responsible for oversight and management of the AMCC Reports function. They develop checklists for rapid, efficient reporting of higher headquarters interest items on behalf of the 515 AMOW Commander and training for Commanders, First Sergeants, and AMCC Controllers.Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC) - ITECs are responsible for inventory and accountability of their assigned IT hardware assets. They perform inventories, transfers, donations, and turn-ins of excess assets as well as maintain documentation for all of the aforementioned. Emergency Action (EA) Controllers are responsible for authenticating and relaying time-sensitive EA messages from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to installation leadership.
