CurrentPatrick has been the Manager of Breakaway's Production Support Program since its inception in 2009. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of support provided to Breakaway's clients, including establishing service level agreements with clients, managing support cases and reporting overall engagements status to clients. Patrick is responsible for the automated workflow, case management, and self-services knowledge-base portals made available to Breakaway's support clients. Leveraging his technical expertise, Patrick acts as the escalation point to ensure proactive problem resolution, rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, and general recommendations on best practices in supporting business performance management applications. Breakaway's Support Analysts report directly to Patrick and, as the senior manager, Patrick provides guidance and mentorship to his team.
