Maintaining facility operations of a software consulting office; supporting staff of four executives, and 30+ software consultants, specifically calendars, correspondence, customer agreements, scheduling conference calls/webex demos, travel coordination, on and extensive off-site trade show/training class coordination; receptionist functions, maintain human resource files/information, other projects as needed.

Responsibilities included administrative support of Vice President of Franchising in addition to supporting the Director of Franchise Relations; receiving incoming franchise sales inquiries (via phone, fax and internet); screening incoming calls and managing email accounts; preparing franchise sales presentations; preparing/issuing franchise sales agreements; maintaining prospective sales/existing franchisees databases and franchise agreement extensions; updating/generating various reports/spreadsheets/staff meeting notes; typing, filing, copying, faxing.

Responsibilities included administrative support of the Regional Sales Manager and four Sales Managers preparing sales presentations; various excel spreadsheets; typing, filing, copying, faxing, and distributing correspondence and documents; expense reports; preparing required sales forms, reports and documents for a staff of seven managers; assist with coordinating special events for employees or customers as requested; assist in special projects, as requested; Other duties assigned by management.

Promotion to H/R Administrator entailed various aspects of recruiting, job orientation, payroll, employee benefits, pension and personnel relations.

Administratively supported the Director of Operations Support & Training, Director of Franchise Services, along with their subordinates and the General Manager (when required) while maintaining and implementing the franchisee/manager training program; schedule business meetings/functions; travel arrangements; maintain department schedule postings; order office supplies; 1998 & 1999 Convention Committee Member; back-up receptionist; and various other administrative duties.

Promotion to Import/Export Coordinator responsibilities included maintaining all incoming overseas/domestic shipping information (purchase orders/customs documents); process duty/freight bills, create/maintain all item kit numbers and tarriff classifications; type faxes and memos for staff; filing; generation of weekly/monthly reports; extensive contact with shipping/receiving departments/ vendors; schedule meetings/business functions/meetings; various other clerical duties.

Duties opening/sorting/batching/processing all incoming U.S. and Canadian customer orders/inquiries; various accounting functions; trouble shooting; continuous updating of product knowledge; word processing; back-up receptionist.
