Began my journey in hospitality approximately 10 years ago, starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to restaurant manager at Wimpy’s Diner. I then went on to study at Humber College, where I was enrolled in culinary management for 2 years. In 2018 I made the move to the boulevard club and was hired to be a cook 3 and have spent the past 4 years making my way up the ranks to my current position as Sous Chef. I have been trained in classic french cuisine and since has made it my passion and go-to style of cooking.Im looking forward to sharing my passion and my experience with the club and its members, in hopes to not only further the club's future but that of my own.
