Carry out regulatory audits and inspections of food business to confirm complaince to regulations. Take action and enforcement measures in relation to non compliant business.Food business include primary production, processing and retail in meat (red and non-red meat), dairy, seafood, shellfish, aged care, plant products, and egg industries.As part of meat industry I have carried out animal welfare audits in red meat and non red meat (poultry and rabbit) slaughtering establishments.

Cary out routine analytical tests on in process and finished products to support brewing teams.
