Completely involved in the startup of the Main Cage, Poker Cage and the Players ClubOversees all aspects of the Players Club, and Player Services special events, ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the operation. Develops and implements procedures and directives.Works closely with Marketing and the Player Development Manager on building incentive programs, analysis reporting, direct mailing, group sales, special events/promotions, and guest relations to support and enhance customer loyalty.Promote a high level of excellent customer service to all customers to build and expand customer relationships and service delivery.Provide leadership and motivation and encourage teamwork to staff of all levels to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image. Manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in developing, nurturing and providing full service to prospective and existing guest. Participates in the formulating and administering long range goal and objectives for the Players Club and the methods necessary to enhance customer play, increase property visits and generate new patrons.
