Our six-story mixed-use building is rapidly approach the final stages of construction, scheduled for completion in early spring of 2024.The property features 44 elegant residential rental units and approximately 47 private offices, encompassing 12,300 square feet of premium commercial space. Designed to meet the growing demand for a live-work-play environment, our development is perfectly positioned to cater to modern lifestyles and business needs.My role in this project encompasses several vital areas. I worked in close collaboration with my partner in our effective fundraising initiative. Our efforts were fundamental in securing $8.5 million from investors, a clear indicator of the project's robust appeal and promising future. As the key point of contact for investor relations, I am dedicated to maintaining transparency and providing frequent updates, ensuring that our investors remain well-informed and connected throughout every stage of the development. Additionally, I handle the intricate legal aspects of the syndication, navigating the complexities with a focus on precision and compliance.
