Graduate of the Merit America IT Support Representative program for developing skills and obtained a Google IT Support Professional certificate. Spent my first 2 years working in an IT environment gaining experience in a IT helpdesk role and hands on involvement with various IT skills to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. While working I have also continued my education in a self study CompTia and MS Learning programs obtaining my A+, Network+, Security+, and AZ-900 certificates. I am currently working on my Security+ certificate.Ultimately my goal is to pursue this career into a System Administrator, Security, Cloud Admin role. I like the idea of being a "Jack of Trades" in IT knowledge to have the capability to solve multiple IT problems in a company. I am excited at growing in this field and the many opportunities of promotion and expansion it has for my future career.
