CurrentAt Sentry, I do Electrical Schematics for the Conveyor side of our company.Major Roles:-Implemented Autocad Electrical and created all the necessary blocks associated with it-Incorporated all of our blocks into the Icon Menu-Created all of our Templates for Autocad Electrical and assigned all catalog information to each page-Created a Program in VBA that automates drawing package creation, from the templates I created.-Created a program in VBA that Imports Tags, with descriptions, and aliases them into rslogix5000. Also creates rungs of logic, when imported as a routine.Daily Roles:-Creating an electrical drawing package for each customer, in Autocad Electrical-Maintaining and creating templates in the ".dwt" format-Creating blocks (Dynamic Blocks as well, with lookup tables and visiblities) in Autocad Electrical and attaching Catalog information, in order to create a Bill of materials.-Updating the Access database, that stores all the part and block information for Autocad Electrical-Configuring the text files in Autocad Electrical to allow for consistency from job to job-Creating Bills of materials for parts ordering.-Releasing projects to the shop floor and ensuring correct devices are being mounted.
