Nafta Ict Infrastructure Availability Manager
Current• Financial: Prepare and manage 12 million NAFTA infrastructure Budget plus 3 forecasts during the year. Responsible for all Financial life cycle (Budgets/Contract negotiations/Purchase Requisitions/Invoices/Purchase Orders) with multiple vendors/companies including IBM• Operations: Provide NAFTA application system availability and business continuity. Successfully provide all incident escalations/war room management for any System/Application issues. Coordinate the resolution with Application owners, ICT, Network, AMS Teams and IBM to reach the fastest resolution possible for business continuity. • Operations: Provide infrastructure support to approved projects in order for them to be delivered on time, on budget and with high quality solutions. Perform capacity monitoring.
