Responsible for supervising 8 heavy equipment operators and 15 servicemen on a daily basisResponsible for day to day management of the additive movement of gypsum, iron, bauxite, and coal• Responsible for the overall housekeeping of the facility• Participate in MSHA inspections

Responsible for day to day operation of cement plant including but not limited to burning 2 kilns, operating 2 raw mills, and 4 finish mills• Responsible for the supervision of 6 hourly reports and 2 staff employees per shift (shift lead) • Ensure quality product going to customers

Run bi-hourly production samples for x-ray analysis• Make operational moves to mill circuits to ensure quality based upon MQO’s• Learn safe operation of all plant equipment including beginning traning in pyroprocessing
