Senior Continual Improvement Analyst - Usaid Ghsc-Psm Project
Current• Serves as technical expert for GHSC-PSM Incident Management processes and continual improvement activities relating to Global Supply Chain Operations, In-Country Logistics, supplier management, and process improvement.• Works closely with the GHSC-PSM's Incident Management & Continual Improvement Director, manages GHSC-PSM’s Continual Improvement system, ensuring that incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities are documented, identifying key stakeholders to participate in issue resolution, facilitating problem-solving meetings as needed to analyze the root cause of actual or potential breakdowns and agree on corrective and preventative actions, and monitoring the status of submitted issues.• Leads data requests and data visualization efforts related to project incidents and risks, conducts trend analysis across the project landscape, and reports the GHSC-PSM QMU Director and Project Leadership as needed, highlighting key issues, recurring problems, and recommendations related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Supply Chain Operations.• Oversees incident management and risk mitigation training as needed for GHSC-PSM staff at Headquarters and Field Offices.• All responsibilities under Continual Improvement Analyst
