• Solid tech and industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open-source communities.• Drives the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region, including the time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.• Ability to meet standard success measurements of talent acquisition such as placement efficiency, cost-time to hire standards, attainment against annual hiring plans, etc,• Manages vendor relationships and participates in the assessment of their performance;• Skilled with Talent Acquisition technology such as applicant tracking systems(ATS), having excellent experience in LinkedIn Recruiter(Recruiter Professional Services/RPS).• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.• MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Strong interview coordination and stakeholder management experience with executive leaders• Ability to interpret data and provide an executive-level overview of hiring progress• Good relationship management skills.• Excellent communication (both written and verbal, listening and questioning skills), organization and interpersonal skill, ability to work with diverse personalities.
