I load, build, and analyze client and consumer credit data using machine learning models including logistic regression and xgboost to evaluate, design, and build credit products; present results to internal and external clients.During my time here I have also architected and developed our department’s data infrastructure, creating ETL pipelines in conjunction with our data and software engineers, to provide our department with the data necessary to fuel the analyses we need; currently building a database to support this infrastructure. Using these analytic pipelines, built visualization dashboards, reports, and other materials for internal and external clients’ business decisions, including weekly client-wide product data reports.I am the scrum master for analytics R&D team.

I have worked extensively with compensation and human resources data for pay equity studies, pay discrimination litigation, and wage and hour disputes. As a part of data project teams, I loaded, cleaned and manipulated client data for analysis from a variety of data sources including HR job histories, payroll, timesheet, background checks, and other employee records, sometimes managing this process. I utilized SAS, R, and Stata to determine and conduct appropriate analyses on client data. I built tables and reports summarizing the results of the analyses I conducted and presented them to the project team and to our clients. I used R, Power BI, and other tools to create data visualization strategies for client presentations. This involved working with clients and project teams to visually summarize large amounts of data according to client requests.

I assist in planning and executing research design projects; participated and directed others in gathering. Using R and Stata, I process and analyze data using varied statistical methods for various professors.

Provided technical support for clients using our software. I supported clients using dental management software using Sybase, and learned how to write scripts to resolve client issues.While working, I volunteered and was assigned to design and conduct a project to determine the efficiency of the use of remote software for the technical support department. Using an experimental design, database data collection, and various analyses, I evaluated the impact in call duration given the use of remote software, and presented these results to management.
