Co-Founded RPT in 2001, managed the complete start up process of the company, built the sales team, product development and engineering groups as well as managed and built relationships with our overseas partners. Since the early stages of RPT, one of my primary focuses has been to assure that the right people were in the right place, making sure that every team member has all the tools he / she needs to succeed is key.
