Managed all in-house computer systems used to compose four publications (one daily and two weekly throughout the academic year, one weekly during the summer break), produce content for company website, and operate six business departments. Maintained and developed a Macintosh based network of over 90 workstations, servers, and printers.Supported four full-time staff members and approximately 100 student managers, editors, and associated departmental staff.

Provided Macintosh computer technical services on a full-time basis to Sealworks, Inc. (a multi-media developer and Apple VAR) and its clients. Supported in-house workstations, servers, and network for Sealworks, Inc. Responsible for primary support of hardware, software, and services for clients concentrated in the publishing, design, video, and broadcast fields.
