I have been working in the Live Entertainment industry for over a decade. Working in a variety of environments from bars and backyards to small theaters and stadiums. I'm capable and proficient in a large variety of positions within a live production environment. From technical positions in audio, lighting, or fly. To front of house operations like ushering and assisting house management. I have worked with some of Hampton Roads largest organizations in the arts such as the Governors School for the Arts, Hurrah Players, Virginia Symphony Orchestra and Virginia Musical Theater.My primary skillset is in Audio. I have experience as a2, monitor engineer, front of house engineer, and loading in/striking large scale audio systems for stadiums and festivals. I'm proficient with Qlabs, having created show files for a variety of shows from dance recitals to small plays. Most of my mixing experience is behind Yamaha boards ranging from the M7/PM5D to the CL5/QL series mixers. This comes with a basic knowledge of Dante. I have limited experience operating Midas and Presonus boards. I am experienced in safely operating and managing weight for fly systems. Specifically modern single and double purchase systems. This includes being lead flyman for a variety of events including more complex dance shows and musicals. My lighting experience ranges from hanging and focusing lights basic board operation and programming. I primarily have experience with ETC systems, boards, and fixtures. I have 4-5 years of Forklift Operating experience. Primarily outdoors, I used the Forklift for inventory management and loading/unloading shipments. I've loaded everything from small pallets to 20+ft bundles of lumber and decking material.
