Hi there! As an Analyst on the Research and Innovation team at The Atmospheric Fund (TAF), I'm responsible for quantifying the direct and potential long-term carbon reductions and co-benefits of TAF’s grants, programs, and investments. I also frequently lead and support research initiatives in a number of sustainability-related focus areas, such as green buildings, low-carbon construction, electric vehicles, renewable energy, and electricity systems.I hold a Doctorate degree in Environmental Applied Science and Management and have more than 10 years of experience managing and delivering on cross-functional projects related to climate change mitigation, water stewardship, and environmental innovations. I have a demonstrated ability to synthesize and translate complex data into actionable insights, making clear recommendations that are adeptly tailored for their intended audience.Outside of my professional interests, I’m a music-lover and hockey-fanatic who also relishes spending time outdoors hiking, canoeing, and camping. I'm always happy to connect with folks, particularly in the decarbonization, emission quantification, and sustainability spaces, so please don’t hesitate to reach out via Linkedin or shoot me an email at patrick.c.g.ronan@gmail.com if you'd like to connect!
