I am a passionate and dedicated railway professional with seven years of experience in freight operations at Kenya Railways & Afristar railway operation company. I started as a freight team leader and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Deputy Station Master for freight operations at Portreitz freight station, one of the busiest and most strategic stations in the region. I have successfully managed and supervised various aspects of freight operations, such as planning, scheduling, loading, unloading, safety, quality, and customer service. I have also led and trained teams of freight staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies and standards. I have received several awards and recognitions for my outstanding work, such as Employee of the year in 2020 and Safety pace setter for the first quarter of 2019. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the railway industry.
