Liaison between Army Materiel Command (AMC) the U.S. Army Pacific Command (USARPAC), and U.S. INDO-PACIFIC Command (USINDOPACOM). Understands the AMC Commander’s strategic focus areas and ensures alignment of those areas with USINDOPACOM and USARPAC Commander Priorities. Superior knowledge of AMC core competencies and Strategic Initiatives. Possesses a strong understanding of USINDOPACOM Sustainment requirements in support of existing Operational and Contingency Plans. Routinely collaborates with senior planners and leadership at AMC, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), and Pacific component planners. Aligns and routes specified requirements to AMC and subordinate 2 star commands supporting the Army in the Pacific.

Analyze, develop, and prepare senior level briefings for delivery and decision making to the ASC Commanding General and the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Commander and staff in support of USINDOPACOM and USARPAC Operational and Contingency Plans. Requires a comprehensive review and understanding of plans, branch plans, decision and trigger points. Analysis informed the sustainment enterprise ensuring Theater posture was able to meet all operational requirements.

Produced the whole of government federal response plans for U.S. Territories of Guam and CNMI in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Led a team of 5 geographically dispersed contractors, 28 federal agency planners and 23 territorial planners representing the State and Local Governments of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI). Analysis required developing specific planning factors affecting logistics and life support services of the local island based populations. The Plans incorporated regional and national capabilities.

Senior-level experience in policy formulation, policy direction, multi-modal strategic and operational transportation, staff management, support to international coalition building, and inter-agency collaborations. Served as a representative of the sustainment and transportation enterprise during interagency workgroups and meetings regarding impacts to national level response efforts. Developed and participated in response efforts supporting future planning and execution of strategic lift requirements supporting the Homeland.

Enlisted Soldier in the Army Engineer Corps. Served honorably as a Heavy Equipment Operator 62E10 transporting and operating horizontal engineering equipment.
