I am a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of Guelph-Humber pursuing my Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/safety studies. Through my education, my interest in law and public policy has developed and exposed me to understanding the justice system and criminal law. My education has brought me confidence when dealing with public resolutions and social problems. This has further expanded my knowledge and skill set. Additionally, I have over five years of work experience allowing me to resolve arising issues quickly and efficiently. As a result I am skilled in leadership, communication, organization as well as time management. These skills have not only helped me excel in my studies but have been strengthened throughout the process. I have volunteered at my local church with several youth group activities and am constantly looking for additional opportunities to volunteer and serve my community.
