I oversee up to 50 different insolvency appointments at any one time, with experience working with distressed companies across a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing and retail. My role demands strong analytical skills in order to identify potential sources of recovery for the benefit of creditors, and to assist with the preparation of complex investigative reports to the ASIC. I am also required to demonstrate stakeholder management skills, developed through working with numerous parties during the course of insolvency appointments, including banks and financiers, creditors, employees and government bodies.
