USC - Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI) - Clinical Operations• Serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate collaboration with the Project Director, internal functional groups, and pharmaceutical partners in the planning and administration of a Phase II 50-60 site clinical trial.• Responsible for developing and managing study start-up procedures, including site and vendor selection, onboarding, and oversight of study requirements and budget constraints.• Development of study materials, including study protocol and amendments, training documents, procedure manuals, source documents, work instruction documents aimed at improving workflow and efficiency, and create enrollment projections for sub-studies based on various numerical inputs.• Set and maintain study projections and timelines while delegating tasks to study personnel and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with departmental initiatives and study milestones.• Prepare reports/metrics and create agenda for frequent study planning meetings and an Investigator Meeting, including managing meeting minutes, tracking decision, action items, and projectingtimelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure trial success, data integrity, and resolution of operational issues.
