CurrentAs a board member of Captain Clean I am focused on developing propriety sales technology and sales strategies for our franchisees. In addition to these core responsibilities, I also contribute to the development and implementation of strategic systems for our franchisees success. This includes,• Developing and implementing best practices for business operations, marketing strategies, and customer service to ensure profitability and brand continuity across all franchise locations.• Conducting comprehensive assessments of franchisee performance, identifying areas for improvement, and creating tailored action plans to address these areas.• Designing and delivering training programs to equip franchisees and their staff with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.• Facilitating clear and effective communication between the franchisor and franchisees to ensure alignment with company goals and adherence to franchise standards.• Providing ongoing support through regular consultations, problem-solving sessions, and the dissemination of industry insights and trends.• Collaborating with the corporate team to develop new initiatives and resources that enhance the overall franchise network.My role requires a deep understanding of the franchise business model, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with franchisees, driving mutual success and growth.
