As a trainer/coach/instructor, my work has spanned many modalities. Over the years, my specialty has become rooted in restoring function to those who suffer from chronic pain due to myriad traumas, spanning from sitting in an odd way to create imbalance, all the way up to severe birth defects that affect gait mechanics. For the entirety of my career, I have a fairly even split between private training and group training. Beyond that, I am well-versed in and have consistently coached the following since 2008: Interval Training, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Sports-Specific Strength & Conditioning for most major sports, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition Counseling. Furthermore, I have at one point or another also taught: 3 years of Water Aerobics (shallow water), 2 years of Spin, 4 years of Bootcamps, 1+ year of Kettlebell-Specific Conditioning, 2+ years of Core Strength, 2+ years of TRX, many bouts of Tennis instruction, less than 1 year of Pilates, as well as other niche classes to suited the needs of the client(s).My formal education is rooted in Chemistry and Kinesiology (undergraduate studies), as well as a Masters in Physiology. Currently, I work for myself under the name Elixir Health, LLC
