Simfast Milestones:2003 Created a proof of concept model of Simfast 2004 Deployed first release of Simfast to Socal Tracon to create ATC Radar simulations for training and airspace redesign studies, 20042005 Deployed to PCT2008 20 sites using Simfast2010 Simfast adopted by FAA as a tool for simulation development.2010 Added capability to simulate Fusion Radar at Lousiville 2010 Simfast PC based stand alone simulator for use at sites which do not have adequate ETG simulator capacity or a lack of displays for simulation work.2010 Simfast Cablab released to STL, MDW, DAL, FSD and LOU towers. This is a PC based simulator to mimic a Brite tower display and helps coordinate the movement of table top static tower simulations.2011 116 ARTS sites trained to use Simfast.2011 Began work on STARS ATCoach compatible modules to provide a solution for TAMR sites to convert their Simfast developed scenarios from ARTS simulations to ATCoach STARS simulations. May 2012 Site visit to IAH in support of OAPM Metroplex airspace redesign. Returned from that site with an extensive list of needed improvements. June 2016 Fully operational release of Simfast 1.5 is now fully compatible for use with ATCoach.
