As Chief Operating Officer at Easson Energy, I not only oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the business but I also am very hands on with the management and development of projects, seeing them through from concept and audits to delivery.I have developed and implemented operational policies and procedures that align with regulations and industry best practices. I also oversee procurement and supply chain management, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver on our promises. Championing the employee training programs, I ensure that staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively to hit their KPIs and track progress towards our operational goals. I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and efficiencies. My ultimate goal is to ensure that Easson Energy runs smoothly by streamlining our operations at maximum efficiency and optimizing our processes to be well-positioned to achieve our growth and sustainability objectives.

As the Regional BD & Project Manager, I was responsible for the development of Vinarco Services and Projects across the region including Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia & Laos.My focus was on building and developing our range of manpower and offshore services. Based in Bangkok, with a lot of extended travel, I managed the full life cycle of projects from handling the business development, creating tenders & proposals, recruitment, and staff training through to the entire project’s operation and completion. I also assisted with other operations in the region for our clients as well as providing technical expertise and HSE advice.

I led the IOT, Apps and Systems projects for Cape PLC, all while ensuring the Operational Excellence of all sites. I also drove the company's change management initiatives towards the adoption of digital technology to improve our productivity and efficiency. I maintained and improved contracts, as well as gain and build better relationships with our clients through our openness with data. I supported them and helped them create better and more efficient planning of work and helped them understand and analyze data patterns to make informed decisions. I also custom designed new Apps, found new technology, IOT and developed additional tools to help manage projects which eventually expanded globally.Fully responsible for the roll out of equipment on all sites, as well as the installation and adoption of devices in the Energy, Oil & Gas & Nuclear sectors.

Myanmar

As the Country Project Manager of Cape Myanmar, I managed the daily operations and personnel for the Daewoo Shwe Gas Project – Myanmar, including Asset Management, Business Development, Commercial and Personnel Logistics to guarantee Project Delivery.I was the main person responsible for project delivery, client management and personnel logistic, which increases my knowledge of local customs, laws and regulations that govern operating entities in the country.Scheme: General Services Contract Shwe Project Value: $12MProviding general services on the Shwe Gas Project, provision of skilled personnel for positions on and off the platform and the supply depo. 24hr scaffolding crews and materials to maintain a fully operational access platform for the drilling crew and operations teams.Scheme: Platform Pipeline Survey and Isometrics Value: $250KProvision of platform line survey to examine vibration and damage. As the Junior Operations Manager, I was responsible for the operations and personnel across the business including Asset Management, Business Development, Commercial, Personnel Logistics and Project Delivery.My role in the Philippines allowed me to develop and expand my knowledge base of project and operations management. Part of my key role was to assist the operations managers and directors, as well as having been given the opportunity to step into their roles when absent.

As the HSEQ Manager, I led in the implementation of all HSEQ initiatives. I provided accurate support and expertise, ensuring compliance and quality of standards, conducted risk assessments, as well as developed and implemented policies and procedures to help improve the site's performance.My primary duties were to regularly meet with the client to ensure compliance and to work through any site-specific obstacles. This role also gave me a chance to understand the core disciplines that we undertook onsite with regards to fireproofing, insulation and scaffolding and the way we managed them in the field.
