My hotel & restaurant management education then my accounting,helped me a lot to build a management career in the hospitality industry, up to the position of General Manager.The several openings for hotels and restaurant companies development I did till now make me believe that I have acquired a good experience in the hospitality and specially in restaurant field in Lebanon and GCC.The experience I had in opening, developing and working for big operations with international standards have been a considerable asset to my professional experience, especially in Operations, Development, Food Processing, Cost Optimization and F&B management. The 4 stars & 5 stars hotel as well as restaurants companies market taught me a lot twenty one years ago; since I started my career from the lowest position mainly in F&B, That’s why I believe that my experience could be of benefit to a hotel or restaurant group focused on quality.Seeking of a new challenging position abroad or in Beirut within an International Chain, I’m looking for a position of Corporate Director Or GM .
