    It's official ITA Software is now Google !!!!!Since the Google acquisition my role has evolved focusing more on project management type initiatives. Currently I am managing the data migration project which involves identify all data owners in ITA’s current environment, evaluating the data and the data owners needs, offering guidance as to Google’s offerings for their data and facilitating the actual migration. I have also been deeply involved at the beginning of the acquisition during project Moonraker (ITA --> Google intergration project) and especially during the onboarding process in which I received a peer bonus for my efforts.·       Prior to the acquisition I was the Manager of the TSA group . My main duties were (are) to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all internal customers. This requires monitoring and reporting on TIX to determine best levels of customer satisfaction and be able to train, develop a working team, and develop the skill levels of my team. I had 3 TSA’s(Technical Servies Analyst) reporting to me, 2 brand new contractors hired recently as 2 previous TSA’s have been promoted to System Admins. I also perform the project management duties of my team’s projects and work with the System Admins and their projects with IT. I try to think strategically on all of my projects to ensure all important topics are covered, all risks are identified, and all goals and milestones are attained. Developed multi-layered/tiered approach to SPAM and Virus protection using various means (hardware and software). Administration of the Domino environment includes architecting hardware and configuring the OS (NT and UNIX)The Boston Globe also employees various methodologies for its computing environment. The Globe uses a SDLC (software development life cycle) methodology for developing and deploying new applications and upgrade. The Globe also uses PMRoadmap for Project management purposes. In-house training was deployed for both methodologies. I excelled within my team while managing several enterprise level projects that involved multiple NYTimes sites and disparaging systems and technologies.
