Being a keen cyclist and therefore in constant battle with buses and taxis, it's no wonder why I took a special interest in the micro-mobility industry. The potential of it fascinates me, especially living in a country with hilariously bad transport infrastructure. In terms of experience and qualifications, I am a certified e-bicycle mechanic, I have a bachelors of business studies from the University of Limerick and am a qualified CIMA management accountant. I have worked in too many roles in too many industries through-out my existence but spent the last 8 years in financial services, 6 of those with National Competent Authorities.

I worked in the Capital Markets Division, Financial Control Division and spent the final 3 years in the Consumer Protection Division.

I was seconded to help with the enhancement of their Finance IT processes.

I worked as a operations analyst.

I worked behind the bar.
