When I was offered the position of team leader management position by my Site Leader, I confidently took on the role. I was given a team of new hires, and despite just graduating from my training I knew exactly what to do. I had to multitask to learn my new position while also guiding them, but my focus was on my team and not myself. I enjoyed the position, and it felt natural to me. I was able to help many of those advisors get high ranks on their performance scores, and they taught me many things as well.

Beginning as a full-time tech support specialist for iPhone, progressed into support for mac, then media support, and now a financial support advisor, I have worked in almost every line of business available at Concentrix. During my time at Concentrix, I have consistently scored within the top three of my LOB. I use these skills to assist my fellow associates and improve our teams’ numbers as a whole. I am a part of the next generation of leaders, and I hold myself to that standard as I mentor and floor support for my peers. I enjoy being a leader.

Started as a cashier and was promoted 3 times within my first year. I have worked as a full-time computer technician for over 3 years and have trained several of the tech associates that started in my store. I have covered every position in the store and have assisted in training some beginning store managers and assistant managers. I have gained a lot of loyal customers and I consistently stay within the top 2 in services sales.
